Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your soap. If something isn't right, we're here to make it good.

Returns We accept returns on unused, unopened bars within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at olmcdonaldsoap@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of soap, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bars. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at olmcdonaldsoap@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
